基于叙述性文献综述法梳理国内外健康旅游的研究脉络,研究发现国内外对于健康旅游的研究内容和方法具有较大差异。国内健康旅游的研究仍处于起步阶段,研究内容集中于资源开发、产业现状及发展对策等方面,研究中多采用定性研究的方法。国外对于健康旅游的研究范围则从单一类型的水疗旅游逐渐向医疗旅游、保健旅游、旅游动机等细分领域拓展,研究方法的选择更加多元,定性、定量以及定性和定量相结合的方法均具有相当的比例。希望通过对国内外健康旅游研究差异的分析,找到国内在该领域研究的不足,为国内未来在健康旅游领域的研究和健康旅游产业的发展提供思路和指导。 相似文献

家庭旅游是全球旅游业最重要的细分市场。近年来,我国家庭旅游市场的规模和发展潜力受到业界的广泛关注,但相对于我国家庭旅游市场的发展实践,国内学术界对这一细分市场的研究明显不足。文章对2000-2019年发表在英文期刊的136篇家庭旅游文献进行了系统梳理,研究发现国际学术界日益关注家庭旅游,文献数量不断增长,但研究地域主要集中在北美和欧洲等发达国家和地区。研究方法以定量研究为主,研究主题、数据获取方法呈现出多元化的趋势,研究对象聚焦儿童参与的核心家庭旅游活动。研究主要以家庭消费的计量模型、家庭角色和家庭资源/权力理论、体验理论和家庭功能理论等为基础,可归纳为消费、决策、体验和功能等4个研究视角。基于英文研究的局限,并结合中国的文化、家庭、市场和社会特征,文章提出了中国家庭旅游研究应该重点关注的4个方向:(1)中国文化价值观及其影响;(2)中国家庭角色和结构特征;(3)家庭旅游市场的供给研究;(4)积极老龄化(active aging)和社会功能。 相似文献

研究目的:归纳分析2019年国内外土地管理领域研究进展,展望研究趋势。研究方法:文献研究法。研究结果:2019年,国内土地管理问题研究涉及基本理论、制度变迁及土地管理体制、制度、政策和法律等方面,关注实践中的新情况、新问题;国外土地管理研究偏向关注土地问题尖锐的发展中国家和第三世界国家;土地管理体制、制度、法律、权籍与利用问题是国内外共性研究内容。研究结论:2019年土地管理研究紧扣理论与实践问题,在探索土地管理体制与实施机制方面取得了进展,但仍需加强方法创新与土地管理科学规律凝练;2020年将重点关注土地治理体系改善、土地计划管理方式改革、农村土地制度改革、城乡土地统一市场、国家重大区域战略实施中的土地管理问题、自然资源资产产权制度改革、自然资源统一确权登记、耕地保护转型、自然保护地管理、国土空间规划管理、土地市场管理与产业用地政策创新等议题。 相似文献

This study performs the first citation-based systematic literature review of the tourism-growth nexus. The citation analysis provides a bird's eye view of this literature, which, in turn, identifies the sources of knowledge in terms of most influential journals, authors, and articles. A detailed content analysis of 100 most influential papers has been generated on the nature of the study, variables used, country of analysis, type of analysis, the methodology, and the direction of causality. In total, 284 papers were found relevant in the Scopus database using a comprehensive list of keywords. The citation analysis reveals that Tourism Management is the leading journal with a total of 2527 citation counts, whereas Tourism Economics is the leading journal with a total of 41 publications on this topic. Juan Gabriel Brida is the most prolific author, whereas Lee and Chang (2008) is recognized as the most influential paper. The content analysis reveals that 58% have applied time series, and 38% have used panel data analysis. Tourism causing growth is the leading result of both time-series and panel studies. International tourism receipts/earnings/expenditure and the number of international tourist arrivals are the most widely used variables to measure tourism. 相似文献

The concept of circular economy is increasingly receiving attention in different domains, including strategic management, operations management, and technology management. It requires companies to design their business model (i.e., the value network, the relationships with the supply chain partners, and the value propositions towards customers) around a new concept of sustainable development that reduces consumption of natural resources and preserves the environment. However, extant research falls short in terms of explaining how companies design their business model according to the circular economy principles. This review summarizes and critiques the empirical ethical decision-making literature from 1996–2003. One hundred and seventy-four articles were published in top business journals during this period. Tables are included that summarize the findings by dependent variable – awareness, judgment, intent, and behavior. We compare this review with past reviews in order to draw conclusions regarding trends in the ethical decision-making literature and to surface directions for future research.Michael J. This paper aims to build a structured literature review of the field of market orientation and its impact on tourism small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) performance in developing countries. This literature review will present a comprehensive survey of market orientation (MO) published articles to facilitate good understanding of MO. It serves as an archive and aims to help the scholars and practitioners to explore, analyse, and develop a clear understanding about the different research points and methodologies implemented in previous studies related to MO and its impact on tourism SMEs’ performance. The paper systematically reviews and categorizes the published literature implementing a three-stage methodology, and thereafter analyzes and reviews this literature methodologically. The review covered many areas and identified some factors that drive/hinder market-oriented activities within tourism SMEs. Furthermore, suggestions have been made to understand more thoroughly how market orientation influences tourism SMEs performance in developing economies. A research gap in the area of market orientation and tourism SMEs performance in developing countries was identified. Literature analyzes interorganizational relationships mostly from a relational perspective by emphasizing partnerships’ positive aspects. Yet business reality is often less romantic and more opportunistic. Especially within the automotive industry opportunistic behaviors often cause extreme reactions in both partners, resulting in poisoned relationships. This study examines the effects of bilateral opportunism between buyers and suppliers on both partners’ relationship induced financial performance, using an automotive industrial setting of new product development (NPD) partnerships.
